I purchased a buds 3 pro on trade in offer and I am supposed to send back my buds pro to avail that 100 dollar discount. However samsung postponed the shipping of the buds3 pro twice and while my order was delayed i realized that although my buds are working fine and charging, the charger case by itself is not holding charge any more . Does this still qualify for the trade in ?

Galaxy BudsI would say as long as the actual buds themselves are working and can be charged, it should be fine but I would suggest you confirm with Samsung Support just to make sure.
