Galaxy Buds
Hello all,
I have just bought my galaxy 3 buds pro and everything works great. Except the find my ear buds feature keeps saying "the item you have selected is not registered in your samasung account" I have registered it manually at least a few time. And unpaired and repaired, tried resetting them. And still no luck.
Anyone else having these problems, or if you fixed it. How did you do so?

I had this issue and for some reason I had to add them to the Smart things app first. Then it allowed it. Hope this helps

Find and Wear app severely dropped the ball. Causing one of my buds 3 pro to be left and then ran over by a vehicle. I just spent the past 45 minutes messaging and agent and was told there's nothing they can do. I promise I will be going with a different brand asap
