Galaxy BudsI am new to the Samsung community after recently throwing out all things iOS and switching to Samsung. I have purchased a new Galaxy S25 Ultra, two tablets (one of them the large ultra with keyboard) and Galaxy buds 3pro. I employ a team of 15 staff and we will be transitioning this across the team.
I love the new setup and hate iOS but I have a MacBook Pro that I will never part with. Our team is a mix of Windows and Mac users and none of them will move between. From my research online this is not uncommon.
My biggest disappointment with this transition is that the Earbuds can't be connected to my phone and laptop at the same time. Samsungs decision to intentionally not support this is disappointing and very Apple-like. Please don't follow Apple down this path that we all hate.
This is not a technical restriction but rather a company position for Samsung and while I dont care about multipoint support for iOS we need it for connection to all out laptops and Macbooks (in addition to our new Samsung devices).
We will be going back to Jabra devices for our headsets and I will be recommending to people that while I love the move to Samsung devices, the need to constantly be manually switching between pairings on phone and laptop or computer gets very tiring and having to start all my calls to customers with - "sorry just wait while I switch my headset back to my phone" is not acceptable.
I hope Samsung realise that this decision was a mistake because it is easily resolved technically.
Thanks for listening.

We kindly suggest that you use this link to look for a support team in the area your product was manufactured in: https://www.samsung.com/visitcountry/
