I just received my galaxy buds in the mail, and they work just fine. They paired with my phone instantly, but I can't seem to get them to do the same with the wearables app. Everytime I attempt to connect them, it gives me the same "unable to install software" message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the wearables app. I've connected my watch to make sure it wasn't just a problem with the app. I unpaired the galaxy buds and then re-paired them. I made sure they were charged, and I tried it while they were on the charger. I'm truly at a loss, I don't know what to do now. If it matters, I did receive these from Amazon. They work perfectly, but the wearables app refuses to download the software required.

They are not USA model. I have a Korean model that does the same. Support said the fe manager won't work but the buds will work bluetooth just no special settings. Return them and get from samsung shop. They have a trade in any wired or wireless for 20 off.
