Galaxy BudsI just received my galaxy buds in the mail, and they work just fine. They paired with my phone instantly, but I can't seem to get them to do the same with the wearables app. Everytime I attempt to connect them, it gives me the same "unable to install software" message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the wearables app. I've connected my watch to make sure it wasn't just a problem with the app. I unpaired the galaxy buds and then re-paired them. I made sure they were charged, and I tried it while they were on the charger. I'm truly at a loss, I don't know what to do now. If it matters, I did receive these from Amazon. They work perfectly, but the wearables app refuses to download the software required.
