I bought a pair of buds 3 pro silver. I had them loved the sound, the bass, and the features so much so I bought another pair. 3 days later the bass is gone and the sound is flat! I reset the buds, unpaired and paired again, tried the equalizer, tried a 3rd party equalizer and nothing work. When I got the second pair the bass went out the next day I received them! And they sound horrible now. All highs with a tinny sound! Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix? I tried Samsung support and the person cleared my cache on the phone which caused major problems to my phone and did not help the ear buds whatsoever! So I don't want to go back to them. I have to say I'm really fed up with Samsung. Between this and my S24 Ultra being shipped with camera issues a d being sent a replacement with the same exact camera issue! Any advice on how to bring the bass back on the buds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
