Between the tips ripping and the control issues Samsung should recall the product and refund the purchase price. There must be a serious issue with the Buds because Samsung repair doesn't have the parts to fix mine for over two weeks
Finally, I had to call Samsung once again. Looked on line to see the progress of the Buds Pro repair. The repair ticket now says Samsung has canceled the repair. Called Samsung and reached an individual who couldn't speak understandable English and could said that Samsung would refund or replace the the two week old Buds. That's what I have asked for since I contacted Samsung. The company should offer everyone who bought this item a full refund and an apology.
