Continuous notification tone when a video downloads on WhatsApp.

When I open a video on the WhatsApp, the video (by default) starts to play and downloads side by side. But the notification tone continuously plays until complete download.
Why is this.?
This is embarrassing.
I observed this issue few days before.
Please help to solve the issue.

Does this only occur with Whatsapp?

Have you checked the notifications settings for the app? You can use the steps in this thread: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Fold-Flip-Phones/Can-t-set-a-custom-sound-for-Messages-or-other-... Be sure notification categories are active.
