Galaxy Note Phones

Realizing my Note 9 has been past the point of getting security update support, thats been a factor among a few thats lead to me deciding I should probably upgrade. except I really dont have time for this ai LLM **bleep**. I dont want my phone scraping my data to train chatgpt, i dont want it hallucinating answers for me when i try and look something up, i dont want it photoshopping my photos or inserting jpegs of the moon, or anything else it is bragging about doing. Last i heard a lot of this couldn't be disabled, is that still true?

You would probably be better off, then, investigating the A series phones as they will have limited to no AI features (depending on whether you choose the high end or low end A series).  Just investigate the specs of any phone your are planning on buying to make sure it has the features you *do* want while avoiding the ones you don't.  For instance, if you rely on wireless charging, the A series does not support that.

I understand, however, that the AI features of the new phones can be turned off, and I think I heard that some of the premium (read: desirable) ones will become a paid product after everyone gets into using them.  It's like it's now in the "free trial" period.
