You can check in Google Messages whether your phone is paired on other devices.
Tap on your profile picture in Google Messages, scroll down to paired devices and look for any device you don't recognize if there are paired devices. I have my Tablet and computer paired.
Like @Reallaud said, change the password to your Samsung and Google accounts.

Got it I didn't the change password and I think it helped.
