Question.

My Dad is very old.

He has had his Note 10 plus for ages.

He suddenly told me that the power button has become recessed kind of pushed into the phone itself.

Has anyone ever experience this?

No the Note 10 has been out of production for years you would have to get it repaired or replace it with a new diff. phone you can check around your area and see if they are any phone repair stores that could get the parts for it

It sounds like the button has broken lose from the phone and needs repaired or a new phone since the button shouldn't be pushed back into the phone

Trying to teach an old dog new tricks may be problematic, but you may want to replace it with one of the A series phones, or a new Note, since I can't imagine it functions much differently.  I would suggest, though, that if you get him a new unit, you make sure you know his account passwords and phone password so in the event of his passing, if you want to take over (or get into) his device, you will be able to.  You can register 3 fingerprints on a phone, you one of them can be yours.
