I have two Galaxy Note 9 phones one for myself and one for my wife. my phone will back up just fine using the Samsung SSD but when I try to backup my wife's phone to the SSD it's like it will not recognize the SSD and says there's not enough space even though there's 1.5 TB of free space. Also her software layout for the backup section looks different than on mine even though I have checked for updates and updated everything and it says the phone is up to date. any ideas why one phone will not back up to the SSD? I can transfer files to the SSD so the phone is recognizing it but as far as the backup goes every time I try, it says there's not enough space
