Do you have the Smart Call feature enabled? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088083/
You can try toggling the feature off and on.
Another recommended step is to clear the cache of the phone app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/ We recommend restarting the phone after this step.
If you continue to receive the "No name available" when receiving a call, we recommend reaching out to your service provider, as they are responsible for this service.

Galaxy Note PhonesEstou tendo problemas com o meu s21FE desde Última atualização,Sites que eu acessava normalmente não estou tendo acesso,a visualização é download de PDF com falhas,lista de chamada sem os nomes salvos que estavam posteriormente aparecem" no name avaliado",sem falar em diversos bugs que estão ocorrendo ao longo do tempo.Eu uso o smartphone como meio de trabalho preciso que isso seja corrigido imediatamente.
