Good evening everyone, I bought a used Galaxy Note8 about two weeks ago out of urgency, the phone is in excellent condition, however I noticed right away that both the iris scanner and the proximity sensor did not work, then entering the test menu I see that the various gyroscope sensors, etc. do not work either.
Would there be a way to solve this via software or do you have to open the phone and change the faulty components?

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when the sensors are no longer working. The phone would need to be evaluated by an authorized service center.
