Galaxy Note PhonesGuys I need help I'm stumped. My s25 ultra keeps turning the volume down to zero by itself. I unpaired my galaxy buds 3 pro and seemed to alleviate the issue. I have reset the buds and soft reset my s25 and the system still persists. I have also forgotten the buds on my phone and re-paired them. All throughout I have gotten a 'can't connect to galaxy buds' message despite them being in the case. There is no debris in the case either. I am at my wits end trying to work it out, is there a setting somewhere I've accidentally put on? Any advice would be great.

Adjust Sound Balance:
Check for imbalance: If one earbud sounds louder than the other, check the "Left/Right Sound Balance" setting in the Galaxy Wearable app and adjust it to the center.
Disable mono audio: If you have mono audio enabled, turn it off.
