• My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shuts down whenever I try to use the rear camera. The front camera works perfectly.
• I've already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
  • Resetting camera settings
  • Clearing the camera app cache
  • Force stopping the camera app
  • Restarting the phone
  • Using Safe Mode (camera still crashes)
  • Installing different camera apps from the Google Play Store (all apps cause shutdowns)
  • PLEASE HELP

I would suggest contacting support and see about getting a service ticket too have it looked either by sending it in or taking it to a authorized Samsung repair center since you've already done everything you can do
