Samsung Note on PC issue?

Every time i highlight a text it starts talking. All the text to speech options are off though in my settings and it only happens in Samsung notes has any one else had this issue? Amy suggestions how to fix it?

See if you have in your phone Settings > Accessibility > "Installed apps" a "Select to Speak" option. Turning it off might help.

Same for me on my newly bought Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360. I even turned off the Narrator completely.

Has anyone find a solution for this bug? I'm running Samsung Notes on my Lenovo on Windows11 and every time I highlight text, the narrations goes off. It's really annoying! 

I've already disable the narrator in Windows but it changes nothing in my Notes

Hello, @pokatlo2! Welcome to the Samsung Community. 
We know how frustrating it can be when Text-to-Speech features stay active even after you try to turn them off. Here are a few settings to check that usually resolve this issue:
1. Check Select to Speak
Go to Settings → Accessibility → Vision → Select to Speak and make sure it’s turned off.
2. Check TalkBack
Go to Settings → Accessibility → TalkBack and confirm it is off as well.
Either of these features can read text aloud when content is selected.
3. Clear Samsung Notes Cache
Sometimes Samsung Notes may trigger its internal Read Aloud function due to a known bug.
Go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Notes → Storage → Clear cache, then relaunch the app.

This is on a Galaxy Book, not a phone. I believe the original poster put this in the wrong place, but everyone is talking about pcs.

@Samsung_Moderator The issue is for Samsung laptop, this is very frustrating. Not for mobile phone
