Unable to preview any movies on the Regal Movies App

I have cleared cache and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app; however, I am unable to preview any of the movies. When I tap on the movie preview the following message is displayed:

 
There was a problem with the server
[400]
(Playback ID: A series of numbers and letters)
 
This same issue at least on my phone has been happening for the last few weeks.
