Wallpaper blurs when swiping from an app to the home page

Why the phone gets worse by every update?

The wallpaper gets blurred when switching from an app to the home page. Why???

It happens when "swipe gesture" is on instead of "bottons.

Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > Swipe Gesture/Bottons

It's supposed to be blurred for a few moments when swiping to Home Screen .
