I purchased an entire theme and the theme is not applicable to my text messages or on my phone dial. Just the menu areas why suddenly the Wallpapers does this? Why is this happening to Samsung phone's?
I believe you have to be using the Samsung dialer and Samsung messages to be applied there. If you changed either or both of those, then the themes wouldn't apply. If both apps are Samsung issue, then perhaps unapply the theme and try to reapply it. I don't usually do whole themes, because I would especially hate for those areas to be obscured by the theme background, but perhaps you have to enable them somehow in those apps?
