If one purchased the galaxy ring without samsung care but decides to add it post purchase, your SOL. Support says it can ONLY be added during the time of purchase, even though it's within 60 days after purchase and it's a qualified device list.
Took almost 2 months to get it due to supply issues. What a joke.
