I have had my Galaxy Ring for about a month, yesterday it stopped recognizing it is on my finger. It has a snug fit, it is paired to my phone and find my works and blinks the lights. I have reset it with the case and re paired it to my phone. I have also reset it the Wear app and re paired it. Still does not recognize the ring being on my finger. I have even tried disconnecting my Watch 7 to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you. If it helps I am using Galaxy s23 Ultra also.
Well I reached out to Text chat support, they couldn't get it working and finally created a service return label to send back, so we will see what happens.
