Will it be possible to access/download raw data collected by the ring's sensors? If so, how, which data, frequencies, and formats? Is there any technical specification in this regard?
That's a really good question. I'm sure it will all be given to the ones who pay the money. Just think an all digital library of who's health and who's not or who's able to do more work than others. I mean what would an AI do with that info. It's like they are deciding who lives and who dies. You pay extra for that feature
Heart rate might be tracked regularly, whereas sleeping less in terms of frequency, I'm assuming. The format will likely be proprietary, and it will collect data such as sleep, workout, heart rate, temperature, and steps. That's what I read on Google.
