In discord, there is auto moderation in most public groups. This feature will not allowed people to post swear words or pörn links or any other pornographic materials. As it flags and deletes them instantly It also sends a warning to the person the 1st post, and on a second infraction the person is kicked out and banned forever. This is all done much faster than obviously, it's instant. Samsung doesn't care about safety to do it because twelve hours later te põrn still there.

To Samsung support if you require me to be on this site because you messed up my phone and I have to wait for you to tell me how or when you're going to unscrew it. You can email me., or I can just buy another other phone from a manufacturer that values it's customers and doesn't expose them to viruses and malwear.

Maybe you should ditch the members app and just create a discord server. It apparently works better and it's just an app.

I was forwarded to this app since a representative I chatted with wasn't able to help me out with an issue I had with my earbuds and they told me that posting here, I'd get a resolution in a day. Really this just looks like a regular forum place where they offloaded support to consumers rather than Samsung...

I don't think discord is the solution here given you'd probably need to make an account on the platform. Discord isn't perfect either since that platform has its own problems ( https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEqYobHF0_Nk50vPzBKZFdcYHMzEyhuU3).

There just needs to be a better way to report and escalate issues as well as Samsung needing a third party service to screen posts here.

I have been waiting for a reply for a long time so good luck on a one day ... Sunday, fix.
I belong to several discord servers and the automoderation program is fast and efficient. Samsung doesn't need to move but why not get automod programming? I mean they are supposed to be advanced, right?

Supposedly.

Even then, the amount of posts on here per hour is so infrequent, creating an automod or using a service to programically screen posts via a third party API would be extremely cheap.

These bots i.e web crawlers doing the spam are just getting new names I don't know if it's required or not to have one's sign in here to a device or not but they need to make that required if not and ban there accounts i.e they can't get any phone or device updates etc that's a minimum they also need to strengthen and secure the sign up process i.e add capcha and verification adding a filter for the spam will help also just few things but there are other fixes

Meta & X and other forum based apps manage to not have these problems.  I don't know why the p-o-r-n/spambots have targeted this site specifically (perhaps because it's vulnerable?), but it's really starting to look like this site has been programmed by a high school computer lab class, rather than professional engineers. The programmers need to do better so the mods can have a break.
