Hello so i have a new email and phone number and I'm trying to edit the info in about phone. I cant find where to edit profile. Does anyone know how to that please?

I have tried several times to get back in my old email since I got this awesome new phone. I need to keep my other email accoun and transfer everything to this phone. I have this phone and I don't have the phone or account I used to setup my old email address
