Using GBoard, I am not able to highlight a word when double tapping on it. The only way to highlight that word is a long hard press on it.
This is not the case with Google Pixel phones or other brands. I tried to uninstall GBoard and reinstall but it doesn't help. I think this has to do with Samsung's own settings that interfere with certain apps behavior. This is a big loss of productivity for me.
