Galaxy Sweepstakes won't load in the Samsung Members app

I got a notification through Samsung Members about a Galaxy Sweepstakes:  tell us about your Galaxy device, and have a chance to win $500 Visa gift card.

I clicked on "Learn More" to start the survey and the screen is overlaid with "Loading, Please Wait", which never goes away, so I can't complete the survey.  

I tried on Samsung Internet and Chrome.  I tried the desktop site.  I am not able to move past "Loading, Please Wait".

I would like to enter the sweepstakes.  What could be going on?

I got past that, totally filled out the survey and got stuck on complete

Same here. Got stuck on loading screen couldn't even open the app.

Same here. Looks like a bait and switch from Samsung. I am extremely disappointed and sick of these ads that do not work when you click on them. Any time they SAY they are going to give away money, it seems like FALSE ADVERTISING.
