My phone continues to act up when I go to charge it, it will randomly start buzzing non stop and when I try to get it to stop while its in my hand a water drop shows up on the screen like it got wet. My phone has never been exposed to any moisture of any kind.  Definitely not while its in my hand.  Not now, not before now, not EVER. Now I'm concerned its going to have some type of indication of water damage when I have never damaged any of my phones. I just finally purchased this phone little over a year ago. I have called your customer service and was told I can take my phone in for a replacement at no cost but I don't know where to go to do this? Can you give me some info. As to how I do this?
