I recently upgraded to a S24ultra from an S20. I used Smart Switch to transfer. Everything worked except for MMS messages including group texts & pictures sent with text messages. I can download the pictures separately but need the group texts regarding work. Any tips or advice? Went to Verizon store and they were no help
