What did your last update do? My app notifications make sounds!! Your many, many new settings often mean nothing. Use plain language. That's UX 101. Get some real Ux designers, content designers, and design researchers before you push out such mumble jumble. Poor poor poor!!

Not trying to be rude, but, what are you on about? Like they're suppose to make sounds, thats how its programmed, unless you had a issue with it, than i wouldn't be surprised

All apps that I know of make sounds on notifications unless blocked by Do Not Disturb.
You can also go into app info for each app you want to silence and turn off sound and vibration.

So what about when you want sounds and notifications to happen and you have tried all the above and it still doesn't work
