I don't use the phone for games, so the problem it's not from the games or something
But it keep overheating, like right now when i'm writing that text, the phone it's overheating and i don't know why
It shouldn't do that,  just because i use WhatsApp and apps like that and photos, it shouldn't do that

Hello!

Thank you for reaching out. Do you experience the symptoms while your device is in safe mode? You can test this by following these steps to get into safe mode.

Press and hold the power button until power off, restart, and emergency mode show on screen

Tap and hold on the power off option until it changes to safe mode, then tap on safe mode

The phone will then reboot into safe mode. You will be able to check that it is by a grey transparent box in the bottom left of the screen that says safe mode.

If you are still experiencing these symptoms while in safe mode I would recommend getting your device in the hands of a technician to evaluate and repair your device.

If your phone is getting too warm to touch, repairs would be recommended in order to have the technicians evaluate the device. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair:  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
