Notification Color panel NOT showing up

So when I try to change the color of my notification bar (color panel), the option to change it is NOT showing up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you talking about the quick panel or the notifications? Screen shot, please, so we know we are talking about the same thing.

Ok so, isn't theres supposed to be a option called "color panel" or "color palette" on here? Heres a screenshot

What phone do you have? Also did you go to settings/wallpaper and style? And what one ui version are you on under about phone/software information?

My settings screen is different. What phone do you have? Which Andriod and OneUI version?
