I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. I went to Belgium and got an eSIM for a local service provider. Their SIMs require a PIN code entry whenever you restart the phone. I entered the code incorrectly 3 times, and it is now PUK-locked.
There is supposed to be a way to enter the 8 digit PUK unlock code, which I have, but the phone only gives me two options: Emergency Call and SOS. I have access to a dialer, but when I try the code I found online, it did not work: **05*[PUK]*[PIN]*[PIN]#
It just gives me "Can't call ... only emergency numbers allowed"
Use someone else's phone to call your provider like a friend or family member then verify your account with your provider then they will give you the puk code after that you might be able to set up a new pin code Hope this helps as it did for me
