How do I delete a scam group text w/o an actual text message when delete messages option is grayed out?

You have to remove yourself from the group then you can delete.

If you are using google messages, try blocking it and then it will send it to the spam folder. I do not believe Samsung messages has a spam filter. P.s. you have to turn on the spam protection in Google messages if its not on by default (I think it is)
