I have two Galaxy S20 FE 5G phones that I've named (1) and (2). When connecting to my Win 10 laptop with the same USB data cable, each phone will appear in the Device Manager, but only phone (2) appears in the Windows 10 File Explorer.

Each phone has USB Debugging enabled in Developer Options, and each is set up for file transfer like this:
I downloaded and installed Samsung driver 1.7.61.0 to my laptop.
I had a problem with a data cable that was giving me error messages, so after throwing it away and replacing it, I thought that maybe it had damaged something on the charging port module, so I replaced that, to no avail.
The fact that phone (1) is recognized in Device Manager but not in File Explorer on the laptop has me baffled. Suggestions would be welcome.
