S9 all music saved is gone

Has anyone ever lost all of their music in Samsung music? Were you able to recover it?

if you lose music in Samsung music it is most likely that files have been deleted. Alternatively, make sure that samsung music has permission to access to your files.

Hello! Samsung Music app does not delete the music file within the phone. I would recommend logging this within our Samsung Members App. 

If you don't have it already, please download the Samsung Members App, go to get Help, Send Feedback, Error reports, Send system log data.
