I'm Rydah, a Samsung Care Ambassador from Southern California, USA. From the moment I laid hands on my first gaming console, I was hooked on technology. It wasn't just playing games; it was about exploring those digital worlds and pushing the limits of what these devices could do. That fascination grew as I experimented with the family computer, diving into its inner workings and feeling the thrill of discovery with each new thing I learned.

Then came the era of smartphones. I was captivated by the first Android devices, but it was Samsung's lineup that truly stole my heart. Their sleek designs, cutting-edge features, and the promise of seamless connectivity resonated with me. I dove headfirst into the Samsung ecosystem, eager to learn everything about these devices.

For nearly six years now, I've had the privilege of helping others unlock the full potential of their Samsung products. It's incredibly rewarding to guide users through challenges, share tips and tricks, and witness their excitement as they discover new possibilities.

I have had the pleasure of attending four Samsung Unpacked events. I was unable to attend the Galaxy Unpacked event on August 5th, 2020, but I was delighted to see a clip of myself helping to announce the Galaxy Tab S7 line! It was an incredible experience to participate in such a significant event, and it is a memory I will always treasure.
I've had the honor of meeting TM Moon for the third time.
My journey from a young gamer to a Samsung Care Ambassador has been filled with passion, discovery, and a deep appreciation for the power of technology. It's an honor to be part of the Samsung community, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
