Samsung account was changed to a "minor", how can I change that?

Only way would be through his account as it seems to be the administrator. Or you could just create a new account

If you're the administrator account or know the password can change it

You can ask him to turn it off and then break up with him. That's a lifetime of control you are asking for. You won't even be able to reset your phone without his "permission". If he took over your Samsung account you might not even be able to solve the issue by getting a new phone/number. You are better off creating new accounts and getting a new device; and DON'T SHARE YOUR PASSWORDS WITH ANYONE, EVER.
