Download Odin an flash the Boot, AP, and CSC (samsung csc automatically adjusts to any carrier its able to work on. You get rid of thr bloadware. One ui 7 stable an it will update. No warranty voided or anything. Maybe some att spesific thing might need to be downloaded. Just flash those 3 files. Use samsung kies or frija if your worried and just let it find the att file for you automatically too. Plenty kf ways. Also I have base model s24 and use gigSky app to have esim with no number and I get update lol just search around

A Fee & Fee has this demented happiness about punishing customers with terrible updates and service. Maybe you should switch to another provider ASAP.

Honestly at this point samsung can keep the update. As much as we the consumer pay for these phones they can at least be transparent and give us another **bleep** date
