When I go into the Galaxy store to try to install the Secure Folder app, it says it's already installed, but it's greyed out.
When I go to "Security and Privacy" (within settings) it says "Security policy prevents the installation of Secure Folder."
It's my phone, not owned by a company or anyone else... Can anyone assist me with how to fix this please? I'd rather not, but obviously, I'll do a factory reset if I need to.
