Samsung please work with the developers of the social media app to fix the camera resolution changes. It's always not the resolution that it shows when capturing sometjing. It changes after posting it
Why do you think it's Samsung's responsibility to resolve this with SM sites? Those sites have their own programming, and I assume they have a maximum upload resolution for media that would allow the most user compatibility. You should take your issue to the SM powers that be.
Apple literally asks the user when setting up the phone to send any issue to developers directly. Those developers are lazy to put different specs for each samsung series phone
Samsung is not Apple, and it looks like you just said Apple says send any issues to the developers (probably much the same way as error reporting works in Samsung). I am betting that they mean any issue with the phone or OS itself, not social media issues. Meta has their own programmers and restrictions on upload sizes and X fired all their programmers.
