Suggestion: To be able to easily switch between a dual storage

Anyone have any thoughts on being able to (easily) switch between a dual storage of both a continuous page feed, and a "Word" document, to jot down my thoughts and draft documents. While also having a "OneNote" continuous non-sensical jibberish.

Like* adding the option to ask which type of new document I would like to create, and storing both types of sheets.
