Galaxy S PhonesAnyone have any thoughts on being able to (easily) switch between a dual storage of both a continuous page feed, and a "Word" document, to jot down my thoughts and draft documents. While also having a "OneNote" continuous non-sensical jibberish.
Like* adding the option to ask which type of new document I would like to create, and storing both types of sheets.
(Anyone familiar with Microsoft products)

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, but if you're looking for a flexible way to manage your notes and drafts, combining the structured format of Word documents with the freeform style of OneNote. Here are some steps and tips to help you achieve this:
1. **Using OneNote for Continuous Notes:**
OneNote allows you to create continuous pages where you can jot down ideas without worrying about page breaks. To ensure your notes flow continuously, you can adjust the settings to avoid splitting long printouts into multiple pages¹².
- Go to **File > Options > Advanced** and uncheck the option **"Insert long printouts on multiple pages"**.
2. **Switching Between Word and OneNote:**
You can insert Word documents into OneNote for easy access and editing. Simply drag and drop the Word file into OneNote, or use the **Insert > File Printout** option to embed the document⁴.
To update the embedded document, right-click on it and select **"Refresh Printout"** to reflect any changes made in the original Word file⁴.
3. **Creating New Documents:**
To streamline the process of creating new documents, you can set up templates or shortcuts. For example, in OneNote, you can create a template for your continuous notes and another for structured drafts.
In Word, you can use the **New Document** option to quickly start a new draft. You might also consider using OneDrive or SharePoint to store and organize your documents, making it easier to switch between different types of files.
4. **Integration and Syncing:**
Utilize OneDrive to sync your OneNote and Word documents across devices. This way, you can access and edit your notes and drafts from anywhere.
Consider using Microsoft 365, which offers seamless integration between OneNote, Word, and other Office apps, enhancing your productivity and organization.
