I don't understand what you are saying to do. Can you be more specific? I have S24 with AT&T.

A Fee & Fee has this demented happiness about punishing customers with terrible updates and service. Maybe you should switch to another provider ASAP.

Honestly at this point samsung can keep the update. As much as we the consumer pay for these phones they can at least be transparent and give us another **bleep** date

Really Samsung? I bought an S23 Ultra the day it came out thru my Comcast Store. I actually was really going in to finalize getting the Pixel 7 Pro, but with such a big purchase what swayed me was the update policy which was the best at that time. Ironically Google updated their policy on the Pixel 7 Pro later to be just as good. But the update policy won me over and I bought the flagship of flagships at the time the S23 ultra $1,200 plus tax. Been very happy with the S23 Ultra actually... even went as far as to replace the cracked screen for over $300 just a couple weeks ago. This whole thing delays delays now we have the UI 7 pushed back to May with so many delays I'm sure that's not anything writ in stone..like everyone were expecting further delays but this is getting scary to the point where the odds are the stable Android 16 will be released early June... Possibly June 3rd. How can you possibly release an update based off of the Android that was released previously? If Android 16 releases stable how can you release one ui7 based on 15 and call that an update that satisfies the policy that you put out there when I for one bought my phone? I am sure it is just as viable for other people. Buying my S23 Ultra my thinking was that an update would be an actual upgrade to the operating system on the current market I don't know how you can just put this update out and act like it satisfies the policy that you put out there because that was a major selling point to me for actually getting the phone and you can use you know there was bugs and delays and all that but that still is unacceptable and in my opinion doesn't fulfill the promises that you put out there when you initially sold the phone. I mean this isn't a Nokia or Oneplus policy. I bought the flagship of flagships at the time getting an update not even based off the current stable android? You know how to promise the update… you just don’t know how to deliver the update. And that’s really the most important part of the update.... the delivering

The OneUI interface is not just an overlay to Android, it is fully integrated with the OS, which is why it takes longer to get it right.  In the meantime, the update has been released to carriers, so if you do not yet have it, that is an issue to take up with your carrier.  The updates are rolled out on a schedule of which devices are to get it first.  While it was released to the carriers in early April, they had to stop the rollout because a serious bug was found and needed to be patched.  After the patch was issued, carriers still had to test and tweak for their own networks.  Again, any questions about the update should now be addressed to your carrier.
