US Samsung S20 Ultra shows it's up to date, but last update was Nov 1, 2022?

Hello

i bought Samsung S20 ultra, when i tried to update software it shows software up to date, and last update was at November 1 2022,

had contact with Samsung US and informed to back to the US and us AT& T sim card.

now im at Egypt.

any advices to solve that issue?

You would need to use the sim from AT&T if that's who you purchased the phone from. Updates come from the original phone company that it was signed up for.
