I have a Galaxy S8+ and I am getting notifications of voicemails that are not there. I also have the voicemail icon. I have cleared the cache on all of the apps relating to the phone. I have chatted both on line and in a store of my cell carrier and so far everyone is stumped. While at home I just turn the phone to vibrate but at work I need to have the sound on.
