How do you delete blocked numbers?

If you mean unblock the blocked numbers open the phone dialer and click the 3 dots top right and select settings then click blocked numbers and you will see a list with a red - beside the numbers you have blocked

I want to delete them because if I add a new contact they can not call me, they have to text me and I call them back
