Alarm won't play sound

My alarm when going off at set time will only vibrate and doesn't play my wake up music. Help!

A couple of questions here. 1. Do you have Bluetooth audio connected. It's a possible the setting is enabled to play alarms through connected Bluetooth device. 2. Have you looked at the alarm volume in the alarm itself? (Screenshot included)First screenshot shows that the sound is on. If you CLICK that area it takes you to the second screenshot....

The alarm volume is way down at the bottom....the switch to make sure audio is ON is at the top.....
