I updated the software this morning on my Galaxy S21 5G model, and now my phone Bluetooth won't stay on. It will turn off by itself, and then on, then off and on sporadically, where it renders my Bluetooth headphones and Galaxy Watch useless. It's unusable at this point already, I don't know what to do, it seems like a fairly common issue related to the new software?

Has anyone resolved this on their phones?

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for Bluetooth to turn itself off and on.

Since you have just updated the phone, be sure to follow the steps in the Best Practices After an Update thread.

For Bluetooth issues, try resetting the Bluetooth settings. (You will need to reconnect to all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.) Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

You can try the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/

When troubleshooting is not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.

Clear device cache, if you haven't already:

1) Turn off your device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.

3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."

4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."

6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.

7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.
