I have an international SIM in the physical SIM slot and a local SIM as an eSIM which is like to use for data and calls. Hence I set it as 'Primary SIM ' but for some weird reason it keeps switching to the Physical SIM as 'Primary' creating loss of data connection when there's none WiFi as it tries to use the international SIM I use when traveling overseas. Call Samsung customer service twice and shared screen on Smart Tutor but they can't figure why (as expected) and instead of acknowledging the issue or providing a resolution they just say this phone is either it designed for dual SIM use (though there is the option) or that it's a carrier issue (which I checked with carrier and confirmed was not true). For troubleshooting I made sure I've the latest software updates and reset network settings. The only workaround for me is to disable the physical international SIM before going out.
