Can anyone help me my Samsung s21 5g should be dual sim but it won't allow me to run both so currently if someone calls on my personal number I'm missing calls from the other & people are bring diverted straight to voicemail meaning I'm missing important calls from my sons health care providers. I've tried setting it up as instructions say but won't even allow me to toggle on the option. To even attempt to set up dual sim. I previously had a s10 which worked fine as did previous A series versions of dual sim. Please can anyone help me. Everything is updated infact just did a security update) any help would be greatfully received. Many thanks in advance.
